The Covent Garden is a contemporary gin house (with 400+ gins to indulge in) located in the heart of Brisbane’s West End. Between 11am and 3pm every Sunday, guests can indulge in 2hrs of free flowing gin cocktails. For $49 per person you’ll also be offered red or white wine sangria and be able to graze on a share-board spread. You’ll have the option of a ploughmans board: charcuterie, remoulade, chutney, mustard & breads or a mezze platter: feta, pickled vegetables, hummus, olives & breads.
Technically this one’s a boozy lunch but we’ll let that slide! Richmond’s Fargo and Co hosts boozy brunches all weekend long from 12pm and 3pm. For $65pp you will receive a cocktail on arrival (bartenders choice) + 2hrs of bottomless prosecco, mimosas + schooners of house beer and a brunch item of choice.
